Crawford Bayley assists Talwalkerss walk to expansion

Mumbai-based Crawford Bayley & Co., led by Capital Markets Partner Sanjay Asher, have acted as the sole legal advisors to the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of fitness giants Talwalkars Better Value Limited. Talwalkars plans to raise approximately Rs. 70 crore ($ 15 million) through the IPO, diluting a 25 percent stake of the family-run enterprise.
