C&S Partners advises Mahajan Imaging on JV with Neuberg Diagnostics

Mahajan Imaging Private Limited has formed strategic joint venture with Neuberg Diagnostics Private Limited for expansion of pathology, wellness and integrated diagnostic services across North India.

C&S Partners advised Mahajan Imaging on this JV.

Transaction advisory and documentation was led by H.S. ‘Bobby’ Chandhoke (Senior Partner), Saurabh Tiwari (Partner), together with Associates Arya Sharma and Aditya Singh.

Employment law advisory was led by Deepali Chandhoke (Senior Partner), with support from Surabhi Sahgal (Managing Associate) and Neeharika Chauhan (Associate).
