Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised OnEMI Technology Solutions on ₹832 crore fundraise

OnEMI Technology Solutions Limited has raised ~₹832 crore through an issuance of equity shares by way of a preferential issue on a private placement basis to ~ 34 investors/ investor entities.

Ravi Dubey (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - West) and Ramgovind Kuruppath (Partner, Co-Head – Corporate M&A) provided strategic inputs on the transaction.

The transaction was led by Nayana Dasgupta (Principal Associate), with assistance from Associates Archit Jain, Deepali Bhandari and Kshipra Shukla.
