DSK Legal, Crawford Bayley act on Kancor and V Mane Fils JV

Kancor Ingredients Limited, an Indian F&B company has entered into a joint venture partnership with Mane SA, Switzerland, an associate company of V. Mane Fils, France. Kancor has sold its majority stake through its promoters Sanjay Mariwala and family.
