Viatris Inc. has divested its entire stake of upto 5.64% in Biocon Limited on the screen-based trading platform of the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India for ₹3,680 crore, making a complete exit.

Khaitan & Co advised Viatris Inc. on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Rabindra Jhunjhunwala (Partner), Chirayu Chandani (Partner), Abhishek Dadoo (Partner), Aman Anand (Counsel), Gaurang Mansinghka (Senior Associate), Hrithik Khurana (Senior Associate) and Nitya Saxena (Senior Associate).
