Khaitan & Co advises Reliance on exclusive India partnership with Fabletics

Reliance Brands Limited has entered into an exclusive partnership with Fabletics, LLC to launch and operate the brand in India.

Khaitan & Co advised Reliance Brands, a subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, on this exclusive partnership.

The transaction team consisted of Rahul Dutt (Partner), Hetal Thakkar (Partner), Tanvi Tekriwal (Principal Associate) and Neelayadakshi Suresh (Senior Associate).

Founded in Los Angeles in 2013, Fabletics has grown into a global omnichannel brand that provides affordable, high-performance sportswear and apparel for both men and women.
