Khaitan & Co, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas act on SFC Environmental Technologies IPO

SFC Environmental Technologies Limited has raised ₹758.531 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares and a pre-IPO fundraise.

Khaitan & Co advised SFC Environmental Technologies on this IPO.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the Indian legal counsel to the book running lead managers, IIFL Capital Services Limited, JM Financial Limited and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited.

The transaction was led by Ravi Dubey (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - West) and Anshul Roy (Partner), with the support from Esha Gupta (Senior Associate), Sakshi Sharma (Senior Associate), Associates Aniruddh Saraswat, Anomitra Debnath, Archit Jain, Harshita Pareek, Akshita Dhawan and Vadita Agarwal.
