Legacy Law Offices acts on Dain Colour Chem IPO

Dain Colour Chem Limited has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus before the BSE for a book-built offer for a fresh issue of 31,00,000 shares with an offer size of ₹30 crore+.

Legacy Law Offices is advising Dain Colour Chem as well as the Book Running Lead Manager, Horizon Management Pvt Ltd, on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Priya Kataria (Associate Partner), and consisted of Naman Anand (Counsel), Associates Meghna Shukla, Pavitra Balgi and Geetika Joshi.
