Legacy Law Offices acts on Nexa Defence IPO

Nexa Defence (I) Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) on the Bombay Stock Exchange SME (BSE SME) platform on September 22, 2026 for a book-built offer for a fresh issue of 33,64,000 shares, with an offer size of ₹30.2 crore+.

Legacy Law Offices advised Nexa Defence and the Book Running Lead Manager on this SME IPO.
