Legacy Law Offices acts on Vardaan Biotech ₹90 crore+ IPO

Vardaan Biotech Limited has re-filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus for a book-built offer on BSE and NSE Mainboard platform for an entirely fresh issue of 3,50,00,000 shares with an offer size of ₹90 crore+.

Legacy Law Offices advised Vardaan Biotech, and also advised the Co-Book Running Lead Managers, Interactive Financial Services Ltd and Jajodia Equity Advisors Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction was led by Surbhi Narang (Partner), with support from Naman Anand (Counsel), Soma Singh (Senior Associate), and Associates Yukti Goel, Anushka Indurkar, Geetika Joshi, Meghna Shukla, and Samiksha Gawali.

Vardaan Biotech is an integrated seed company engaged in the development, breeding, production, processing, conditioning, of agricultural seeds across multiple crop varieties. It undertakes the production of hybrid seeds, parental lines, breeder seeds and foundation seeds, which are used for commercial seed multiplication and further development of quality seeds.
