LKS advises Jaipuria Group and Ashiana Housing on education acquisition deal

Jaipuria Group entity, Integral Education Society has acquired an education institution, situated in Rajasthan, from Ashiana Housing Limited.

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan acted as a common legal counsel to Integral Education Society and Ashiana Housing in this acquisition deal.

The LKS team was led by N Mathivanan (Principal Partner), S Vasudevan (Executive Partner), and Surbhi Premi (Director).
