LKS advises Raghava Life Sciences on sale of API business to RPG Active Pharma

Raghava Life Sciences Private Limited has transfered its Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) business to RPG Active Pharma Limited, a subsidiary of RPG Life Sciences Limited through a slump sale. 

Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys advised Raghava Life Sciences on this transaction. The Firm's mandate encompassed drafting, review, negotiation and finalisation of all transaction documents, including the Business Transfer Agreement, Disclosure Letter, Conveyance Deeds, Employee Release Documents, etc., as well as full assistance with closing of the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Noorul Hassan (Executive Partner), Shipra Verma (Associate Partner), Isana Laisram (Senior Associate) and Shrika C (Senior Associate).
