L&S, Khaitan act on acquisition of Annakoot Properties by Trishul Buildtech for 100 crore

Promoters of Mumbai-based Annakoot Properties engaged in the business of hospitality and operating the Aura Grande Hotel and Saffron Spice Restaurant have sold 100% stake in the company to Bangalore based – Trishul Buildtech for 100 crore.
