Sarvaank Associates represents Blue Ashva Capital on Kepler Aerospace seed fundraise

Kepler Aerospace Private Limited has raised $8 Million (~₹76 Crore) from a seed fundraise led by Blue Ashva Capital, with participation from Finvolve, India Accelerator and other investors.

Sarvaank Associates advised lead investor Blue Ashva Capital on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Ankita Singh (Managing Partner) and Yash Vardhan Singh (Partner), with support from Sanchita Gupta (Senior Associate), Dipanjana Das (Senior Associate) and Jayant Jindal (Associate).

Kepler Aerospace is a Bengaluru-based space technology company focused on building advanced space infrastructure and mission operations capabilities. The company develops an integrated technology stack spanning satellite avionics, ground infrastructure, mission operations and space-based intelligence, with a focus on next-generation Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) technologies.
