Trilegal and Desai & Diwanji act on Tata Power’s acquisition of AES Windfarms in Gujarat

Tata Power, the Tata group’s power utility has acquired AES Saurashtra Windfarms from the US-based AES Corporation at an estmated value of Rs. 150 crore ($24 million), reports ET.
