TT&A, A&O Shearman advise broker on sale of ₹250 crore Anthem Biosciences shares by Portsmouth Tech

Portsmouth Technologies, LLC has made a secondary sale of 3,000,000 equity shares of Anthem Biosciences Limited, amounting to approximately ₹250 crore, on the screen-based trading platform of the BSE and the NSE.

TT&A advised J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, the broker on this share sale.

The transaction team consisted of Abhinav Kumar (Partner) and Indira Satish (Senior Associate).
