TT&A, Hogan Lovells Cadwalader advise broker on $62 million stake sale in Honasa by Peak XV, Sequoia

Peak XV Partners Advisors India LLP (in the capacity of the Trustee of Redwood Trust), Peak XV Partners Investments VI and Sequoia Capital Global Growth Fund III - U.S./India Annex Fund, have made secondary sale of 13,333,333 equity shares amounting to approx. $62.31million in Honasa Consumer Limited on the BSE and the NSE.

TT&A advised Jefferies India Private Limited, the broker on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Abhinav Kumar (Partner), Shubham Sancheti (Managing Associate) and Indira Satish (Senior Associate).
