ANM Global hires 2 Associate Partners – Radhika Mathur and Parul Sharma, opens office at Andheri

ANM Global has hired Radhika Mathur as an Associate Partner in its Corporate M&A practice at Delhi and Parul Sharma in its litigation practice at Mumbai.

Radhika is a 2010 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She was working at RNC Legal before joining ANM. She has handled various transactions between aircraft manufacturers, lessors, owners, finance companies and airlines for aircraft sale & leasing, and will develop the firm’s Aviation practice in Delhi.

Parul Sharma has joined as an Associate Partner. She has extensive experience in the fields of Arbitration and Litigation.

A graduate in law from Government Law College, Mumbai, Parul also holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Litigation from University College, London.

On the new appointments, Managing Partner Nidhish Mehrotra has  said that

“The firm has adopted the in-organic methodology to enhance the pan India growth of the firm to beat the challenging business environment.”

The firm also recently expanded its Media & Entertainment practice by opening up a new office with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities at Andheri West. Anushree Rauta is heading the firm’s Media & Entertainment practice. She had joined the firm last year from Naik Naik & Co.

On this development, Nidhish has stated

“With the rapid growing media & entertainment practice of the firm and with an aim to provide excellent solutions & turnaround time, the firm has decided to open an office in Andheri (West) which is also known as the hub of the industry.”

Nidhish Mehrotra has also set up MEHUB, Bollywood’s first incubation centre. MEHUB will help technology-driven media, entertainment start-ups, and content-driven companies.

With these new hires, the firm now has 35 fee earners in offices located at Nariman Point (Mumbai), Andheri East (Mumbai), New Delhi and Bengaluru.
