Arvind Kejriwal Singapore visit: AAP's Kailash Gahlot moves Delhi High Court against Centre's clearance for State Ministers' foreign travel

The plea said that two office memoranda, one issued in 2010 and the other in 2015, which require State ministers to get political clearances to travel abroad for personal visits, should be quashed.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) minister Kailash Gahlot has approached the Delhi High Court seeking quashing of two office memoranda which require State government ministers to obtain Central government clearance before making personal visits abroad.
