Asansol Stampede: Supreme Court refuses to entertain West Bengal's plea to register FIR against Suvendu Adhikari; asks State to move HC

The Supreme Court Thursday refused to entertain a petition by the West Bengal Government seeking to register a First Information Report (FIR) against West Bengal Opposition leader Suvendu Adhikari in a case where at least 3 people died in a blanket distribution program organised by him.
