A Kamrup (Metro) court in Guwahati has restrained Congress leaders Gaurav Gogoi, Bhupesh Bhagal and others from making defamatory statements against Assam Chief Minster Himanta Biswa Sarma in connection with the alleged ownership of land by him and his family members.
