Bilkis Bano case: Supreme Court refuses to entertain plea for interim bail by two convicts

The two convicts, Radheshyam Bhagwandas and Rajubhai Babulal Soni, had sought interim bail till a fresh decision is taken on their pleas for remission (early release from prison).
