[Bilkis Bano] CBI, Special Court opposed release of all 11 convicts: Gujarat government affidavit in Supreme Court

The premature release of eleven convicts in the Bilkis Bano gang-rape case was opposed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the special court in Mumbai which had conducted the trial, the Gujarat government's affidavit before the Supreme Court revealed.
