Justice Saurabh Banerjee of Delhi High Court recently took strong exception to a lawyer's conduct in a case after she said that the judge was related to another lawyer appearing in the matter. .During a hearing on September 12, Justice Banerjee categorically said that the allegation was not true and that the lawyer was a "blatant liar"."In the open court, she had the audacity... Justice Banerjee warned that he will pass orders debarring the lawyer from practising before the Delhi High Court. "She is going to be debarred from appearing in Delhi High Court, confirmed.
