Bombay High Court dismisses PIL for probe into funds used by CM Eknath Shinde in 2022 Dussehra rally

The Bombay High Court has dismissed a public interest litigation (PIL) petition filed by a social activist seeking a probe into the funds used by the Chief Minister Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena during a Dussehra rally held at the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) in October 2022.
