A fresh suit has been filed before a civil court in Varanasi seeking removal of the Gyanvapi mosque. .The suit has been filed by Lord Aadi Vishweshar Viraajman through next friend Kiran Singh, a devotee. The suit has prayed for removal of the present structure which the plaintiffs have claimed, was built over the temple. The plaintiffs should be declared the exclusive owner of the suit property, it has been prayed. The plea also sought a permanent prohibitory injunction against defendants from interfering with the plaintiffs performing puja, darshan raj bhig and arati at the site. Advocates Maan Bahadur Singh, Shivam Gaur, Himanshu Tiwary, S.N.
