Central government clears appointment of Justice Abhay Ahuja as permanent judge of Bombay High Court

Justice Ahuja was made an additional judge on March 4, 2020, with an extension of term on March 4, 2023. On January 4, 2024, the collegium recommended that he be made permanent.
