The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of 10 advocates, including three women lawyers, as judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court..The decision was taken at a meeting of the Collegium on Monday. He is also an author and former officer in the Territorial Army..There are currently 58 judges in Punjab and Haryana High Court. It has an approved judge strength of 85 – a vacancy of 27.
