Collegium recommends elevation of two judicial officers including one retired officer as Delhi High Court judges
Of the two, judge Shalinder Kaur already retired from judicial service on September 30 this year but the Collegium nevertheless decided to go ahead with her elevation to the High Court.
The Supreme Court collegium on October 10 recommended the appointment of judicial officers Shalinder Kaur and Ravinder Dudeja as Delhi High Court judges.
