Collegium recommends repatriation of J&K HC Justice Atul Sreedharan to Madhya Pradesh High Court

Justice Sreedharan was transferred from Madhya Pradesh to Jammu and Kashmir in April 2023 after the judge himself sought the transfer.

The Supreme Court Collegium on March 6 recommended that Jammu and Kashmir High Court Justice Atul Sreedharan be repatriated to his parent court - the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
