Over 4,000 contempt petitions pending: Jammu & Kashmir HC cautions the Government [Read Notification]

Taking note of the high number of contempt petitions pending before the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, Chief Justice Gita Mittal has cautioned that the concerned Government Heads/Secretaries will be summoned if the non-compliance of Court orders continues.
