Anish Jaipuriar joins Burgeon Law as a Partner in General Corporate practice

Anish Jaipuriar has joined Burgeon Law as a Partner in the General Corporate and Transactional practice.

Jaipuriar will further build the firm’s practice, with a special focus on Mergers, Acquisitions and Disruptive Technology (Fintech, Blockchain, Crypto/Tokenized Assets, Gaming, Deep-tech, etc.).

Jaipuriar is graduate of the National Law University, Odisha.

He is a recognized industry leader with almost a decade of experience and has worked at Khaitan & Co. and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

Prior to joining Burgeon Law, Jaipuriar held the position of a Partner at AKS Partners for over 3 years.
