IndusLaw announces Annual Promotions: Four Lawyers made Partner

IndusLaw has announced its annual promotions, which includes the elevation of four lawyers to Partnership.

The following lawyers have been made Partner:

• Abhishek Boob – Delhi & NCR – Taxation. He regularly advises on complex indirect tax matters, including classification, supply chain optimisation, tax incentives, and exemptions.

• Rahul Chouhan – Delhi & NCR – Energy & Infrastructure. He advises power generators, and transmission and distribution licensees on regulatory disputes.

• V. Aneesh – Hyderabad – Dispute Resolution. He represents clients

  before various fora including the High Court of Telangana, Civil and Criminal Courts, NCLT, DRT, State Consumer Commission, and Arbitral Tribunals.

• Varuni Mohan – Chennai – Dispute Resolution. She represents clients

  before various fora including the High Court of Madras, Civil, Commercial and Criminal Courts, NCLT, DRT, State Consumer Commission, and Arbitral Tribunals.
