Ishita Sharan joins NARCL as Head Legal

Ishita Sharan has joined National Asset Reconstruction Co Ltd as Head of Legal.

Sharan is a 2002 graduate of the ILS Law College.

She has 20+ years of experience in acquisition and resolution of stressed assets ensuring maximization of value for all stakeholders through various mechanism like restructuring, settlement and enforcement under SARFAESI. She also has substantial experience of Legal Due Diligence for acquisition of single asset / portfolio of distressed Corporate, SME & Retail (secured) assets including debt aggregation, critical to protect investor interest and mitigate risk with respect to Stressed asset investments.

Prior to joining NARCL, she was the Head - Legal at Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited for nearly 4 years.
