Karthik BM rejoins JSA as Partner from IndusLaw

J Sagar Associates (JSA) has hired Karthik BM from IndusLaw as a Partner in its Bengaluru office.

Karthik will join the Corporate Practice of the firm with effect from April 16. Joint Managing Partner Vivek Chandy will be his mentoring Partner.

In a press release, Chandy and fellow Joint Managing Partner Amit Kapur said,

"We are delighted to have Karthik rejoin us and wish him a long and mutually beneficial association with JSA."

A graduate of University Law College, Bangalore, Karthik has worked with JSA before. He has also worked at AZB & Partners and Inno Group Holdings, before joining IndusLaw in 2017.

He has extensive experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, joint development agreements and property diligence.

Niruphama R recently joined HSA as a Partner with effect from April 7.

The firm also made seven retained partners earlier this month.
