IndusLaw adds 2 Partners: Karthik BM in Bangalore and Deepak Chowdhury in Hyderabad

IndusLaw has hired two more partners; Karthik BM has joined the Bangalore office and Deepak Chowdhury will join the Hyderabad office effective June 1, 2017.

The firm had recently hired Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas former Partner Saurav Kumar in Delhi.

IndusLaw Senior Partner Suneeth Katarki commented in the release,

We are happy to welcome Kartik and Deepak. Both have significant experience and technical expertise in infrastructure and real estate space. We have been slowly building our infrastructure capabilities across India and have significant expertise currently in Delhi. With the hiring of these two partners, we will now be able to demonstrate a strong presence in this space in South India also.”

Prior to joining IndusLaw, Karthik was Head Legal at Inno Group Holdings, Chennai, a global investment firm focused on real estate.

Karthik has extensive experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, joint development agreements and property diligence. Prior to joining Inno Group Holdings, Karthik worked at J. Sagar Associates and AZB & Partners in Bangalore. He had graduated from University Law College, Bangalore in 2005.

Deepak specializes in infrastructure, energy and real estate transactions, with significant experience in PPP and renewable energy projects. Deepak started his career with Link Legal India Law Services after graduating from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in 2006, and moved to Krishnamurthy & Co. in 2015 as an Associate Partner.
