She is a 2007 graduate of National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. She has previously worked at Amarchand Mangaldas, AZB & Partners and J Sagar Associates.</p>.<p>Samarth has been with the firm since 2011. He is a graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur.</p><p>Both partners focus on M&A, Joint Ventures, and General Corporate.</p>
