Mehak Khanna joins Antares Legal as a Partner in Delhi

Mehak Khanna has joined Antares Legal as a Partner at the firm's New Delhi office.

Khanna is a 2009 graduate of Amity University (GGSIPU). She earned her LLM in Corporate & Commercial Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also a member of the Indian Direct Selling Association.

Khanna is a seasoned corporate practitioner with 17 years of experience dealing with a wide spectrum of legal issues. She advises on M&A mandates, fund-raises, joint ventures, general corporate and regulatory matters. While she spends a significant amount of time advising clients in sports, direct selling, e-commerce and technology, her practice spans across industry sectors.

Khanna works closely with business teams and continues to do so, including during her tenure as General Counsel at Lenskart and Assistant General Counsel (AGC) at Bharti Airtel, and is known for her strategic approach and deep understanding of commercial drivers.

Before joining Antares, Khanna was a Partner at Khaitan & Khaitan.
