Mohit Kundu takes over as Legal Head at Inorbit Malls

Mohit Kundu has joined Inorbit Malls (K Raheja Corp Group) as Legal Head with effect from June 15, 2026, where he will lead the legal, secretarial and compliance function across India.

Kundu is a 2008 graduate of the University of Mumbai. He earned his LLM in Corporate Governance from The University of Manchester in 2009.

Over the course of his career, Kundu has advised on high-value transactions involving land acquisitions, joint development and redevelopment projects, commercial leasing and licensing, title due diligence, project financing, data centre transactions, renewable energy projects, and real estate investments across multiple asset classes.

Prior to joining Inorbit Malls, Kundu was associated with Dhaval Vussonji & Associates. Before that, he was a Partner at Kochhar & Co, where he headed the firm's Real Estate & Construction practice in the Western region. He has also held leadership positions with Hariani & Co and Godrej Properties among others.
