PDS Limited has promoted Abhishekh Kanoi to the position of Group General Counsel.

Kanoi has over 19 years of experience navigating diverse industries and complex ecosystems across India and South Asia. Having held leadership roles at PDS Limited, Hero Group, and Eros International, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in delivering strategic legal counsel, fostering trust, and empowering teams through accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Over the course of his career, Kanoi has led various projects and initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising efforts, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, board management, and legal strategy development. His ability to design and implement robust governance frameworks, resolve complex disputes, and advise on intricate corporate matters has earned him a reputation as a trusted legal advisor to business leaders and boards of directors.
