S&R's Raya Hazarika joins Trilegal as Partner in Corporate practice

S&R Associates Partner Raya Hazarika has joined Trilegal as a Partner in Corporate practice.

Hazarika is a 2013 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune.

With over a decade's experience in M&A deal-making, Hazarika advises clients on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. Her strong grasp of M&A and real-asset transactions, coupled with cross-sectoral expertise across real estate, logistics, data-centre and digital infrastructure, healthcare, and technology, reflects her alignment with India’s evolving investment and regulatory landscape.

Prior to joining Trilegal, she was associated with S&R Associates for 12 years, where she held the position of a Partner for 3 years.
