Trilegal's Saumya Kakar joins S&R Associates as Partner in Mumbai

Saumya Kakar has joined S&R Associates as a Retained Partner at the firm's Mumbai office.

Kakar is a 2016 alumna of Gujarat National Law University.

With a decade of experience, her practice covers private equity, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate matters, including significant experience in the automotive, healthcare and aerospace and defence sectors. 

Prior to joining S&R Associates, she was associated with Trilegal as a Counsel for the past three years. Prior to that, she had also worked at Khaitan & Co and Veritas Legal.
