Sohini Shrivastav joins Veritas Legal as Director of Practice Transformation and Operations

Sohini Shrivastav has joined Veritas Legal as Director of Practice Transformation and Operations.

Shrivastav is a 2010 graduate of Gujarat National Law University.

With an experience spanning over 16 years, Shrivastav joins Veritas Legal from an intersection of Corporate Law, Higher Education Leadership and Legal Technology. She has previously practiced law at D.M Harish & Co. where she headlined several prominent real estate transactions and been the Associate Dean at NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law.

As one of the earliest advisers in the AI and Legal-tech space in India, she has conducted multiple training sessions and consulted with several premier law firms and in-house legal departments of the country regarding their AI Adoption journey and has focused on strategic integration of AI into legal workflows and business operations in the legal industry.

On her joining, Abhijit Joshi, Founding and Managing Partner, said,
