Sony counsel Rahul Mehta joins ANM Global as Partner in Media & Entertainment Practice

Former Lead Counsel of Sony Pictures Networks India, Rahul Mehta has joined ANM Global as a Partner in the Media & Entertainment practice.

Mehta is a 2007 graduate of the KC Law College. He earned his LL.M. in IPR in 2008 from The University of Manchester.

With more than 15 years of experience in the media and entertainment space, Mehta has represented several A-list clients on various complex transactions and contentious matters. His practice focuses on entertainment and media law and legal affairs in television, motion picture, and digital media, with extensive experience in high-level, sophisticated rights acquisitions, development, talent, co-production, and licensing deals.

Mehta has previously worked with Singhania & Co, Zapak Digital Entertainment, Balaji Motion Pictures, Naik Naik & Co, and Zee Entertainment.

Prior to joining ANM Global, Mehta was the Lead Counsel at Sony Pictures Networks India for over a year and also carried on independent practice for a short period.
