Hindustan Unilever's Vinita Korti Patil joins Asian Paints as General Counsel

Vinita Korti Patil has joined Asian Paints Limited as a General Counsel.

Patil is a 2005 alumnus of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences.

With two decades of experience, she has held legal leadership roles across multiple leading companies, particularly in the pharma and FMCG sectors, where she handled corporate-commercial advisory, mergers & acquisitions, ethics, business Integrity and compliance.

Prior to joining Asian Paints, Patil was associated with Hindustan Unilever for over two years as Head of Legal - Beauty & Wellbeing, South Asia and LLPL.

Before Patil, Ami Parikh served as the General Counsel of Asian Paints and has moved on to join Pidilite as President Legal and General Counsel.
