Vertices Partners has acquired LegumRadix & Associates, a corporate commercial law firm that specializes in compliance and regulatory advisory services, as part of its expansion plan..Manasi Pathak Verma, who was the Founder & Managing Partner at LegumRadix, has joined Vertices as Partner in the firm's corporate practice at NCR along with her team..Verma is a 2009 graduate of DES Law College, Pune. Prior to starting her independent firm, she had played key roles as in-house counsel as well as in various law firms.
