Vivek Malhotra appointed as Director Legal (South Asia) at Zimmer Biomet

Vivek Malhotra has been appointed as Director – Legal (South Asia) at medical device manufacturer Zimmer Biomet.

Malhotra holds an LL.M. from National Law University, Delhi. He has over 17 years of experience in the field of legal advisory, corporate governance, contracts and claims management, compliance and regulatory matters across diversified sectors.

In his previous role, he advised on strategy formulation for complex contract negotiations, technology IPR, joint ventures, due-diligence, dispute resolution, employment matters, data protection, secretarial compliance etc.
