Vyapak Desai joins 4 Pump Court as an Associate Member

Vyapak Desai has joined 4 Pump Court as an Associate Member.

Desai is a prominent disputes lawyer with expertise in international commercial arbitration, investment treaty disputes, and intricate cross-border litigation. He advocates for clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and numerous Indian tribunals. Additionally, he serves as counsel in arbitrations governed by major international rules such as LCIA, SIAC, ICC, ICDR-AAA, MCIA, and UNCITRAL.

His legal practice covers a diverse array of industries, including technology, cryptocurrency, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, franchising, oil and gas, insurance, and financial services. Vyapak also functions as an arbitrator and is a certified mediator.
