[COVID-19] Jammu & Kashmir District Court stops entry of advocates/staff without COVID-19 Test Certificate

Jammu and Kashmir's District Court in Anantnag has stopped the entry of Advocates, staff Members, and members of the public without a COVID-19 test Certificate after nine cases of COVID-19 were reported on Wednesday.

Jammu and Kashmir's District Court, Anantnag has stopped the entry of Advocates, staff Members, and members of the public without a COVID-19 test Certificate after nine cases of COVID-19 were reported on Wednesday.

The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag, Khalil Ahmad Choudhury, has issued an order to ban the entry of advocates, staff, and others without a COVID-19 test certificate on Wednesday i.e. September 16, 2020.

"During the rapid COVID-19 testing conducted at District Court Anantnag on 16-09-2020, Nine Positive cases of COVID-19 have been detected out of them 01 person detected from District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), 03 to 04 detected among advocates and others detected from members of District Court staff", DLSA Secretary Anantnag informed.

The order shall be implemented from today, that is September 17, 2020 (Thursday), the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag states.
