Plea in Delhi HC alleges discrimination against disabled in Haj Pilgrimage

The Delhi High Court yesterday issued notice to the Union Ministry of Minority Affairs in a plea seeking quashing of certain guidelines of the new Haj Policy, which allegedly debars people with disabilities from applying for the Haj pilgrimage.
